Fishing in Zambia

Fishing is one of the most relaxing activities one can do; one can listen to the calm and quiet sounds of the water as they patiently wait to catch fish.

Fishing is available in the many water bodies of Zambia which include Lake Tanganyika, Lake Bangweulu, Lake Kariba, Zambezi river, just to mention a few.

The variety of species to be caught are over 10 and include tiger fish, bream, mbilli and trout. Basic fishing equipment is usually available for hire ant most of these points, however, one can still carry their own equipment.
